The hats are woven slowly on traditional shuttle looms in Hamamatsu, this high-density fabric carries air within its weave, giving it a natural firmness.

Face: Cotton 100% | Lining: Cotton 100% | Made in Japan | Hand wash in water not exceeding 40℃/104℉. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Gently squeeze out excess water, reshape, and dry flat in the shade. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Do not use professional wet cleaning. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or fluorescent light may cause fading. Due to the nature of the fabric, texture and size may change slightly after washing. Colors may fade or transfer due to water, sweat, or friction. To prevent color transfer, wash separately from other items. Avoid soaking for long periods, as it may cause color fading. The size is adjustable with a buckle or Velcro.
